American Academy of Clinical Orthodontics
The American Academy of Clinical Orthodontics is an educational and professional organization to promote excellence in orthodontic services rendered to the patients across the globe. It is composed of clinicians, academicians and researchers who contribute to the quality of orthodontic care. To help clinicians serve their patients better, the AACO offers orthodontic training in the form of diverse orthodontic courses by highly qualified and experienced faculty.

The AACO has a wide range of programs in orthodontic training and education, professional support, clinical experience and an evidence-based literature.
A highly qualified and experienced faculty, clinical instructors, and hosts provide on-going support and comprehensive clinical hands-on training on patients supported by high-interest presentations and live demonstrations to ensure better understanding.
Program Highlights
Lecture component involves high-interest presentations covering wide range of topics to enable the participant to perform high level of orthodontics in practice.
Live demonstrations by highly qualified and experienced faculty on key orthodontic procedures throughout the course reinforce better understanding of the subject by the participating doctors.
Course participants learn various orthodontic techniques from bonding and banding, through arch wire placement and adjustments at various stages of treatment, to finishing and detailing, on typodonts as ‘hands-on’ exercises under the supervision of faculty.
Didactic orthodontic knowledge is integrated with the intensive clinical training for the entire program duration in order to get the participants ready to assume their role as competent clinicians in the field of orthodontics.
During the program, each participant will be exposed to detailed case studies that demonstrate a variety of clinical procedures and techniques while challenging traditional planning thought process. Each case is intended to provide the participant with an opportunity to understand the impact of diagnosis, treatment planning and efficient mechanics on the treatment outcome.
Course participants will also be engaged in intense group discussions on variety of topics and debate treatment options involved in the efficient and effective management of orthodontic patients to generate extensive knowledge in the field.

Dr. Brent Callegari
CAPT Callegari graduated with honors, from Dental School at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in June 1990.

Dr. Pierson graduated from the Virginia School of dentistry and went on pursue his tri-service orthodontic residency from Lackland, Texas.

Dr. Jensen obtained his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his dental degree at Baylor College of Dentistry.

Dr. Jennings graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center school of dentistry in 1979 and MS degree in Orthodontics from the Loma Linda University in 1983.
